System characteristics

• Operation mode of raw material powder: vacuum pipeline operation, closed barrel operation, sterile closed bag operation;

Working principle

The system performs high-precision packaging and sealing capping of the API in a fully closed 100-stage laminar flow environment。The distribution structure is composed of a lifting device with a weighing module and a discharge port of the feeding device for docking discharge;A dust collector is arranged at the feed outlet of the feeding device，To reduce the environmental pollution of the packaging area;The capping device adopts the principle of automatic internal shrinkage of spring to seal the aluminum bottle.The whole process adopts PLC closed-loop control electronic control system，To achieve fully automatic positioning，Weighing and capping。
